Dedicated Account Managers
Our dedicated account managers know the ins and outs of the brand at your location. They work one on one with our dealers to not only achieve 100% in brand compliance but also perform mystery shops to help keep locations customer appearance excellent. They keep you informed of any changes in marketing, promotions, etc pertaining to your brand.
Dealer Training Programs
Dealers are welcome at select Quality Oil Company training sessions. We are now offering training for customer service to basic dispenser maintenance to optimization of C-Store setup. We also have a fully outfitted technology lab that is available for hands-on training. We will leverage our experience to benefit your business.
At our dealer conferences you can expect to learn about important industry news, latest trends, consumer buying habits, as well as hear from your fellow dealers in the network on issues they are facing and how they develop winning business strategies.

Regular Site Visits & Business Evaluations
Our dealers are true business partners. We aren’t the company that leaves you on your own the moment a contract is signed. Whether you are a veteran operator with multiple locations, or if you’re opening your first store, we have the experience to help any operator take their business to the next level.
In-House I.T. Professionals
With all the latest point-of-sale retail technology and equipment set up in our lab, we can train your staff prior to going live with it in-store. Our I.T. specialists can advise dealers and help give them a better understanding and training in the field. They can also remote into most locations and resolve issues.
We have dedicated sales representatives on staff to help support Quality Oil Company’s fleet fueling program. Dealers will have a local rep available to them that they can contact to provide any leads for the program. The location will get the gallons and Quality Oil will provide the dealer a referral bonus.
