A diverse mix of retail and hotel sites, industrial locations, residential subdivision developments like Brookberry Farm and Greenbrier Farm, commercial buildings, and a shopping center make up the majority of the company’s real estate portfolio.

In 2004, Quality Oil Company purchased Brookberry Farm, the former private country estate of the late Bowman Gray Jr.

Brookberry Farm is now an 800-acre Master Planned community located in the western part of Winston-Salem on Meadowlark Drive between Country Club and Robinhood Roads.

Fine homes are surrounded by the natural beauty of land enhanced by architecture and amenities defining Brookberry Farm as the premier neighborhood in the area.

It is five minutes from the new Harper Hills Commons Shopping Center and approximately a 15 minute drive to Hanes Mall, Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, Forsyth Medical Center and Downtown Winston-Salem.

The amenities are extensive and carefully planned. Homeowners, their families, and neighbors can enjoy the natural beauty of Brookberry Farm, along with the lakes, trails, fitness center, swimming pool, tennis courts, a low country style clubhouse with deep porches and an outdoor fireplace, and the original barn restored for parties.

Phase I consists of 114 homes with prices ranging from approximately $450,000 to $2 million.

Phase II, Walnut Park at Brookberry Farm, is underway, with 47 cluster homes ranging in price from the low $300,000’s to the mid $500,000’s.

Phase III, also underway, consists of 125 lots. Projected home prices in this phase will be $480,000 to $2 million+.

In 1994, we developed Greenbrier Farm, off Old Yadkinville Road, one of the leading residential housing developments in Winston-Salem. Homes are priced between $300,000 and $1.7 million.

Greenbrier Farm is situated on 430 acres of beautifully rolling terrain with woods, streams, and lakes. 130 acres of this community remain undeveloped for use as parks, trails and other natural areas.

Amenities include a gorgeous clubhouse, competition swimming pool, full-size basketball and tennis courts, soccer field, and numerous parks and playgrounds.

In 1970, we entered the retail shopping center development scene and built The New Town Shopping Center at Jonestown Road and US-421 in Winston-Salem. New Town Shopping Center is a 42.293 square feet multi-tenant center. Call for information or availability at the center.
